30 min naps?

Is anyone else’s 4 month old taking 30 min naps all day?? 
It’s so irritating. I can’t get him to go down for longer.

my son take 2 maybe 3 30 mins naps n he wakes up at 4 am, i feel like the living dead surviving on coffee

My son will be 4 months this Sunday but he’s been having 30 minutes nap periodically since 2 1/2 3 months.

I was literally about to post the same thing. He only sleeps longer if someone is holding him. 😒

Yep. And I know she’s still tired when she wakes up but won’t fall back asleep :(

yes. I've read that they don't consolidate naps and link sleep cycles again until 6-9 months. the only way I can get her to nap longer than 30 min is if I side nurse and nap with her. so I can shush/nurse her right back to sleep when she wakes up.

Yup! She’s never been a good sleeper but I get about 3 naps during the day laying 40 minutes. And they’re done with her being nursed/held. Won’t sleep any other way.

Mine will not sleep longer than 30 minutes unless I put him in my boba wrap and then he will sleep up to 2 hours. I know it’s a bad habit to get him in but he sleeps better at night when he gets longer naps🤷‍♀️
