Do you think I have a healthy diet?
I’m just curious if others consider my diet healthy... some people think I don’t eat enough, some people seem to think I need more substance.
Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast- Greek yogurt with blueberries
Lunch- Pimento cheese & jalapeño on whole wheat; an orange
Snack- Whole tomato with salt and pepper
Dinner- I made beef stew over egg noodles with carrots, red potatoes, and onions; homemade dinner rolls
I feel like I eat pretty healthy?
