Sore breasts/back pain

So according to glow I only ovulated 5 days ago but for the past two days my breasts have been so sore I don’t even want to touch them and I don’t let me fiancé touch them either. My lower back has been killing me. My period was feb 3-8. It would be to early for pregnancy but have any of you ladies ever had this around ovulation time? I don’t check if I’m ovulating either. I just kind of go off what glow says. I have also had pain in my lower abdomen that a doctor said was probably a uti but I’ve only ever had a uti while pregnant with my other two children and never had abd pain with it.
