Handicap Dilemma

I have a fashion crisis! So I’ve been disabled for 5yrs now, so I’d say I’m use to it by now. What I still haven’t mastered in all that time is how to dress up with a cane. My 25th birthday is Saturday and I really wanna look nice, just don’t know what to wear! I can no longer wear heels (balance issues), so I have to wear flat/level shoes, but I’m short (5’3”) and would like a little lift. Certain outfits call for heels, so all of those options are out. Help please!?!
