7 weeks today spotting

I’m sorry for sharing. I’ve been experiencing some brown spotting on & off since 5+5. I’ve had an ultrasound and saw my babies heartbeat at 6+5 Everything looked good. HCG levels look good.

Yesterday, hubby and I had pretty vanilla sex in the morning. No spotting. Today after a poop I wiped and noticed some pinkish/red almost discharge from my vagina. (I’ll be entirely honest, it may be because I’m panicking but it may not have been as red as I thought. I feel like my minds playing tricks on me) Haven’t noticed any in my undies and am not experiencing cramping. Do I call my doctor now? Or do I wait to see if it gets heavier?
