Feeling down about my baby shower

(Not sure what group to put this in so I apologize) So i sent out invites at beginning of month to about 20ish people(I know not all will shower as this is my second shower-2yrs apart) all of my husbands side isn't coming. His mom replied to him with probably not when is it. Like his parents try and make it to everything for there grandkids but feels like not mine. They only showed to my sons shower and not first birthday. I have two friends, two step sisters and step brother that are coming. I just feel down about it and no I'm not comparing it to my sons either. I know that not everyone will show but who I thought aren't coming. Idk. We will make the best of it no matter what but still though. Any suggestions or kind words
