How many DPO am I really?! HELP!!

So, I am a little over 2 weeks into using Glow and have put all my info from the day I started it and backtracked a bit. I was and am still using Clue (though you can do so much more with Glow and I love the community).

On Feb 9 I started testing high on my opk and on the Thurs 15th I tested high at 7:30am again at 4:50pm and had increased cramps etc and tested again at 10:20pm and it detected my peak. I know LH surge length is different for everyone but still, I don’t know exactly when I ovulated.

Glow says it was Thursday despite the test info and Clue says it was Saturday.

My biggest question here is how many dpo am I really? 3 days is a huge difference when dying to test as we bd’d the F 9th, Sat 10th, Tues 13th, Fri 16th n Sat 17th. I hope that covered my bases but I don’t know! Do I have to wait for AF to come and count back and if she doesn’t come (fingers crossed) how will I figure out the date conceived? My bbt has spiked since Sunday as well and not come down to the usual it is.
