Safest Way To Sleep When Pregnant?

Mommy To Be..still in first trimester going into my second and I cannot get comfortable and I've read online all these things that freaked me out about certain ways you can and cannot sleep while pregnant I thought I'd ask some mommies help?😩

Left side is best, but after 20 weeks anything but flat on your back is fine as long as you feel comfortable.  Get a body pillow—I like my C shaped—it’s the best!

The only thing that has been shown to be harmful is sleeping on your back in your third trimester (ups the risk of still birth). But the relationship is only shown in the third trimester, up until then sleep however is comfortable.
