Today I decided to ask for a job application at the café in my college where I've been wanting to work at for a while now. My biggest problem is I have no work experience!

This is the only spot I have to shine but I'm not to sure what skills my college is looking for in a coffee shop employee. The shop also sells other small foods like pizza be burritos and customers pay at the register just like any other fast food shop. Any help on what to put down or what are some skills I should emphasize would be really appreciated especially because I am a little worried I have nothing to put down for previous jobs. Also, should I turn in a resume with it and what should I put on it? Thank you 💕😬
