Any idea on how to supply more breastmilk?

I couldn’t feed my daughter because I wouldn’t supply enough milk. For my second baby I really want to breast feed but I don’t seem to supply enough milk. Also my right side boob doesn’t supply as much as my left boob has this happened to anyone? I’ve tried fenugreek pills and don’t seem to help. 😪😪

My IBCLC (who is also my cousin) said that the only definitive way to increase milk supply is to pump about an 1hr after each feeding, unless the baby is not emptying the breast then pump off the excess. Our milk supply is supply and demand. When your body believes you need more milk for baby it will make more. That is why babies cluster feed to bring up milk supply because they are growing. Now I also eat lactation cookies that have fenugreek and oats in them they are  made by a local health food store. I have heard that not everyone's body responds the same to fenugreek and can also cause a decrease in milk supply. Sorry this is so long. I hope it works for you.     *Side note: My right also makes more than my left. I would assume you could pump more on your right and could increase your milk supply on that side. I'm not 100% sure about that though.

Get the bags of betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix, add 1/4 of ground flaxseed, 1/4 brewers yeast and swap the vegetable oil for coconut oil. I make this for my breastfeeding support group and l of the mom's love them and say they help with supply. I eat them and see a major increase in milk supply. Also, pump as often as you can. Milk production is supply and demand

Eat enough calories throughout the day. Drink water. Lactation cookies help me. Oatmeal too.
