Soreness and small bump down there

Okay this may be a lot and a little tmi but I want to give you guys all of the details. This past weekend was my birthday. I spent it with my boyfriend at a hotel and we did fun stuff together. I was on my period on Wednesday and by the time my birthday (Saturday) came, it was little to no bleeding. We got a little too drunk and I know the sex was a little rough. Because we were both pretty drunk, I believe I may have been a little dry down there as well. Moving on to the next days everything was fine. This past Wednesday, I started feeling uncomfortable down there. Almost like a tight feeling which I felt before which led me to believe I had a yeast infection caused by my period. So I went and got monistat 1 and used that. After 24 hours or so I still felt that uncomfortable feeling and decided to look at it. I noticed right near the opening of my vagina there is a small tear/bump. It looks almost like a rip but it is round and the color of my skin. It only becomes painful when touched. Has anyone experienced anything like this or know anything of the sort? I tend to freak myself out for no reason. BTW boyfriend and I are both clean and have only been with each other for about a year now.
