Friend who wants more

So there is this guy I’ve been friends with since 8th grade year and I see him as nothing more than a friend. A few days ago he spilled his guts to me telling me about how much he loves me and always has. I am currently talking to another guy who makes me completely happy and I really think I’m falling for him but I don’t know what to tell my friend...HELP
