Baby movements on outside?

Around how many weeks normally would you feel the baby kick or see it on the outside of your belly?

I’ve been feeling movements since about 16 weeks, however my husband wasn’t able to feel it until about 24 weeks. Recently, I’ve been able to see my stomach move more and more each day (I’m a little over 26 weeks now).
Placenta position has a lot to do with it too, so don’t get discouraged if you feel/see it later than other people

i was around 21 weeks or so before i could really feel it in the outside...but i had an anterior placents so it absorbed most of the movement until baby got bigger and stronger.
