Random “herbal teas” with unknown or complicated ingredients aren’t good, because you don’t know what is in them and some herbs can be just as potent as medicines.  But actual tea (black, green) and the typical herbal teas are great.

Idk who told you this bullshit but it’s totally safe. If you were drinking caffeine regularly prior to pregnancy then it’s safe to consume 1-2 cups per day.

i'm still drinking plain black tea (partly because i cant stomach much else other than water) i googled and a cup of tea has approx 30mg caffeine and your allowed up to 400 so you're well within your limit to have one or 2 a day. but maybe try some fruit herbal teas or peppermint tea if you like them it would be a bonus to avoid caffeine...

I would drink the raspberry zinger tea since it was good sweetened and it’s decaf, for morning sickness though, my go-to was lemonade (natural nausea relief). I also have a calming yoga tea that cake from Capitol Tea which is excellent.
