I’m breastfeeding only and I have a bad sore throat and cough what is safe to take . I don’t know if halls is okay or a liquid medicine . Please help!! I called the doctor , but his taking forever to call me back .

You can have Tylenol and throat drops, but that's about it. Being sick when you're breastfeeding is the pits, because there's very little you can take that doesn't get into your breast milk or affects supply.

I just went to the pharmacy today for the same reasoning.  Was advised to take single medicinal ingredient benylin.  Also cough drops with menthol are safe 👍🏻 I personally bought Vicks since there’s more in a pack. Good luck and feel better!
