7 dpo with morning sickness?????

Question

Ladies I had been feel nauseous waves since 5 dpo and it’s really not in my head it was just very small waves , this morning I wake up and just randomly after 20 min feel sick to my stomach. TMI ... went to the bathroom threw up stomach acid for like 2 min and now I’m ok but still a bit nauseous??? 
To soon for morning sickness?? And please be nice I’m ttc for 2 years baby number 1 and this cycle we tried way more than ever before

1st of all I'm not saying that you didn't conceive this month. 
However implantation doesn't occur until generally 7-10 days post ovulation. And you wont start experiencing true pregnancy symptoms until 48or so hrs after implantation (once hcg has started to build up). 
It's more likely that either you are fighting a bug or its psychological. It's very common for us to start experiencing early pregnancy symptoms simply because we believe we are pregnant.
