Terrible twos 😭

So I have been having one hell of a time with my daughter she is literally out of control! She doesn’t listen at all to my self or her Dad (we are together) we hate spanking her but time outs don’t work. I don’t know what else to do with her she’s a very outgoing hyper child which is fine but she will go out of her way to do stuff she knows she’s not supposed to. For example she will go in the bathroom and get her soup and put it all over her self and or the cats! Don’t say if you paid attention to your child it wouldn’t happen bc I’m sorry I’m not going to hover over my child but that’s just one of the mischievous things she does 😔 I feel like I’m always getting after her. It makes me cry how Naughty she has become 😔
