Bleeding and Cramps

So I just found out I was pregnant two weeks ago and yesterday I started bleeding and having cramps. This is my first pregnancy and I am super scared. My husband and I were really excited for this adventure and I feel like I'm losing it super fast. I spoke to a nurse and we had my blood type checked and I'm ok there. Now I'm waiting a week to take another test to see if I'm still carrying. I feel like this next week is going to drag and I'm trying not to be overly emotional. any suggestions or advice?
