Testing ovulation with opks

Can you have a positive LH test and not actually ovulate? I've been testing for months and have been getting a +LH the same times every month. I've recently started charting my bbt and it's not really showing anything on me actually ovulating the day of the positive test and the next couple of days after! It's just stressing me out so bad, I feel like there's something wrong with me like why can't I conceive! Ugh
