Attempting to induce labor myself

At my 38 week apt yesterday doc didn't like how high my BP was for second week in a row. I've also been 3 cm dilated and pretty effaced since 37 weeks. So he wants me to have this baby naturally. Partially stripped my membranes. Got what he could bc my cervix was high. He wants me to have this baby naturally but if I do have him over the weekend, their inducing me next week. Ever since the sweep yesterday, I've been feeling stronger braxton hicks. So today I napped and then went shopping and did a lot of walking, had Mexican food for dinner and came home and had sex.
