What can I take while breastfeeding :(

My body and head aches so bad, bad sore throat and sore throat and super cold, but my body is hot

I don’t wanna get my baby sick

Man I got super sick like that when my son was 6 weeks old and the only thing that I took was Tylenol and those Ricola cough drops. The lactation consultant told me not to take anything else or else it would dry up the milk. I don't know how I'm going to do it during allergy season.
