ftm here and my 3 day old has been feeding since around 2am (its 5am now) he'll latch for maybe 15 minutes spit it out and want it again 15 minutes or less later. normal??

It sounds like cluster feeding. It's normal. To say it's exhausting is an understatement. They do it to build up your supply and for comfort. I think cluster feeding is one of the hardest parts of being a new parent. It will pass. You can do this, you can get through this.
