Bad UTI (don't know what to do!!)

i woke up this morning and went pee and got a huge rush of pain and burning... a couple hour later i'm starting to bleed very light.. i know it's a uti because i've had two other utis in the past three months... but i don't have medical insurance anymore so i can't see a doctor and i don't have much money so i can't pay out of pocket but i have left over antibiotics that treat utis... do you think it's okay to take the left over antibiotic i have to see if that helps the symptoms and bleeding to stop..? i'm really worried cause i don't know what to do ... but i don't have the money or coverage to see a real doctor.. 😰😰😰
