Can I put my milk back in the freezer?

I took out a bag of breast milk and put it in a cup on hot water. I Only put it in there long enough to get a little over 2 ounces. There is a chunk of frozen milk still. since that didn't unthaw can I put that back in the freezer?

You can put it in the fridge but not the freezer. Try to use it within 24 hours.

I read that you can refreeze it if it still has ice crystals but I wouldn’t. You have 24 hrs to use it and you can pump to replace it.
