Today's the day... maybe

I'm 38+4 with my second baby and have been in early labor for 2 days. Bloody show and loose stool started Sunday morning and contractions started that night. They lasted 5hrs and fizzled out, woke up Monday with more contractions getting closer together. Was told to go in when they are 5mins apart because second labors go faster... triage sent me home because I wasn't dilating enough to stay (been 2cm for 2 weeks and was at 3cm when checked but had to be 4cm to stay.) Contractions kept getting closer and more painful but I was so tired I had to lay down and they slowed enough for me to sleep. Still contracting when I woke up this morning, still having bloody show and loose stool. Please oh please let today be the day. Just waiting for the contractions to get closer together again.
