Anyone else loosing bladder control? 17+3

Every time I cough sneeze or laugh I always pee a little bit, changing my undies and pants 3-4 times a day 😔 anyone else?

Totally normal. Got to get onto those pelvic floor exercises ! 
I find for me crossing my legs makes a huge difference. I had to do it after recovery with my son and I’ve just kept doing it because it works so well!

I’ve been like that since having my Daughter 7 years ago. 😂
Only have to see a toilet, sneeze or jump and that’s it - I’m gone. 😂

I had to throw up really bad this morning but I knew I had to pee, I sat down to pee and then a sec after had to turn around and Throw up, then I peed all over myself.
