38 weeks labour signs ?

I’ve been having Braxton Hicks for a while now and today I woke up feeling really crampy and sick. My back hurts a lot and my left boob is sore and leaking. Last night when hubby and I had sex I thought my water broke during cause a lot of liquid was squirting out everytime he thrusted but it stopped after. This morning when I went pee there was a chunky white discharge. Any hope for labour soon ? This is my second but with my daughter my water broke and it took nearly 24 hours to get contractions
