First Ultrasound did not go well

Today was my first ultrasound. I was so excited! But it did not go as expected.. she didn't let me see the screen and refused to tell me ANY info! She couldn't find the baby and didn't tell me if there was a heartbeat.. when i asked if there was even a baby all she said was "I can't tell you anything." I'm crying and freaking out! She also made me empty my bladder before the ultrasound which I though was odd. I was told I needed a full bladder. I'm so scared!
