TMI Mucus Plus? Bloody Show?

Question

yesterday at my 39 week appointment I was 4cm dilated. My OB offered a stretch and sweep so I took it. Just went to the bathroom today  with a poop urge and this came out when I wiped. Is it my mucus plug? Or Bloody show? Does it mean labour is really soon? I have no symptoms.  no cramps no pain no nothing.( this is my first  pregnancy )

it could mean your close. I remember with my second I lost my plug wayyy to early and the Dr said it was fine but at 39 weeks could be a good sign your about to bring a little life into this world. good luck!

I had stretch and sweep with my 3rd 2 days after his due date. started having mild cramps straight away and a couple of hours later had my show, which looked liked yours. cramps stopped. following morning at 7am labour started and he was born 5 hours later. good luck 🤗
