I believe you would still produce HCG so you would have positive tests

Everyone is different but I had an ectopic in 2015 and my test were coming out negative. By the time I got a positive I was 10 weeks along. I had bleeding and started getting pain right after I got a positive test. I was rushed into emergency surgery and they had to take my right tube.
