Shakes or juicing
Ok I know both are hard work, and if you go off them you can gain all plus some back...I know loosing weight can’t be over night and I need to put in some major hard work...I just want to know what would give the best overall results? Thank you all so much! Ps the shake that I have has very low carb,sugar,calorie
