20 week scan, slight enlarged kidney on baby

Hey guys, so I’ve just had my 20 week scan, one of the babies kidney is slightly enlarged measured at 5.3mm, they’ve told me is slightly enlarged and most cases this resolves itself during the pregnancy. We are having another scan at 28 weeks to check. Anyone had this same issue? And what was the outcome? One of my best friends had a similar issue during her pregnancy but the kidney continued to get larger and rarely emptied... she had a lot of issues and on going issues with her now 2 year old son. :( I’m very stressed and worried because I know of her situation and everything that she and her baby has gone threw..
