Popped pimple then this happened

:( idk what to do or how to get rid of it but I popped it then washed with warm water put exfoliating shit on it then rinsed off with cold water then out vitamin e oil on my whole face and went to sleep then woke up with it looking like this I’m so upset about it and I feel so ugly :( please help
