Bleeding or normal cycle ?

Hi, please I’m really worried , I had a surgical abortion almost a week ago after taking 6 home tests that all showed positive. I never bled after the process , but 4 days after I began bleeding, now I’m begging to feel it’s not bleeding but my normal period. I read that period can’t come back until 4-8 weeks. I’m scared, was I ever pregnant, cause I didn’t do a blood test, just pee. Could I get a false positive 6 times ?
