Dull ache in belly
I am 12 weeks today. I have a slight dull ache in my Lower pelvic area on the right side. I’ve been having a really hard time going #2.. my stool has been really really hard and it hurts getting it out (I know tmi) should I be worried about the ache or is it just constipation?
