Baby workout

Ladies! I certainly did not bounce back as quick with this baby as my first so I looked up some fun easy exercises. I’m doing them with my baby! It’s awesome, fun, and seems to be working. I do squats with her in my arms, even when she’s wiggly. Then said raises. I lift her up over my head almost like a bench press. Sit up twists with her. She thinks it’s hilarious and her cute baby laugh makes me almost forget I’m working out. Just thought I’d help you ladies out if you needed it. 😀😀😀
