I mean this in the nicest way possible, but your chart is a bit of a mess....Is this your first month charting?
Here are a few tips that may help :)
-Make sure you are using a basal body temp thermometer, not a regular thermometer.
-take your temp at the SAME time every morning. If you don’t wake up at the same time every day (I definitely don’t), try setting your alarm for a time when you’re always sleeping and take your temperature then. (Example: I take my temperature at 4 AM every day - I have a thermometer that records the last temperature so I wake up, temp, go back to bed, and record my temp when I wake up for the day! Helps me a TON!)
- don’t get out of bed, sit up, drink anything, talk, etc. before temping. Just wake up and do it.
- If you sleep with your mouth open, you won’t get an accurate temperature, and should consider temping vaginally. If you do this, make sure to keep rubbing alcohol by your bed and clean the thermometer thoroughly after you temp.
Hope this helps a bit, and good luck! It can take a few months to start to recognize the patterns and be able to tell what your body is doing!
