33 weeks and having contractions baby #2

So I’m 33 weeks and just found out why my pregnancy has been so painful my son is literally resting on my pelvic bone and has moved my cervix. Which has made it more painful to check if I have dilated. I have been having contractions for two weeks now more often then my Dr would like but I have been giving shots to help his little lungs develop just Incase he decides to make his appearance early like it’s looking. Has anyone else had this happen before?? Also been having dreams of my water breaking very life like too.
