we found out through a blood test and decided we didn't want to risk miscarriage with the amniocentesis.. we loved him no matter what the result was so we waited to know 100% once he was born

All of our screenings were negative for Down syndrome so we didn’t see a need to do further testing. When he was born and had some medical complications the doctors suggested testing, and the rest is history!

We tested 1/10 with our 2nd trimester screening, but opted not to test further.

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and found out threw Genetic testing that our baby girl has Down syndrome we also denied the amniocentesis due to the risks we love her no matter what we will find out 💯 percent on March 26th when I have my c section
