If someone blocks you it will send as a text message consistently and if you call it will go straight to voicemail. If the messages are saying delivered you arent blocked

I think it will ‘send’ as a text message so it shouldn’t say it was delivered

Unfortunately you can’t know if someone has blocked you over iMessage. It saying delivered only means that the person has turned their “read receipts” off meaning that it doesn’t show up as they read it.
