Mommas I have a problem. 9 months ago I had a tubal ligation after my daughter was born. My periods are short, little blood but painful. What gets me the most is that it hurts when we are intimate and I have this constant pain at my uterus and lower back. Can someone tell me why? It really gets uncomfortable at times. FYI: I can't go to an OBGYN because I live in another country with almost no trained professionals and I will only be in my home country end of June. Anyone have advice please? I have a 21 month old and a 9 month old. Oh and from then I also have a headache every other day. Sometimes it's a migraine
