Has anyone ever had a negative pregnancy test at the 3 minute mark, but after 11 minutes it was positive and actually was pregnant?

I spoke with a doctor about this and they said that sometimes the test just needs time to dry. This happened with my son. I was told as long as it has color it’s positive. Hope this helps!

That happened with those chest purple tests everyone uses. My line didn’t show until it was dry. But first response was bright pink

Yes, with ept. Two days later o got a “valid” first response.  So, don’t trust the late positive as your positive... but definitely try again in a day or two, because it could be legit. 😊

Yup. At 8-9 dpo with all my pregnancies. Obviously you shouldn’t rely on that but I would definitely retest in a couple days!

I had that happen once after 5 mins a evaporated line could appear giving it a false positive. I would test again in a couple of days.
