Pain During Sex

When my husband and I have sex, it seems as if he can get a nut out and I can’t have an orgasm because halfway through sex I start having pains. It’s on the outside of the vagina that’s a dry pain. Around the clit and vulva. How do I stop having pains and dryness. At the beginning I’ll be wet and towards the middle of sex I start to get dry ☹️ please help. I’ve never truly had an orgasm
