Did you have L&D issues due to SPD?

Question

I read somewhere that, if you have bad SPD, it may be easier to give birth on all fours, side laying, or even standing.  
Can you share your birthing experience while having severe SPD?

I got an epidural, once that kicked in it was smooth sailing. now once that wore off I was still in quite a bit of pain for a week or two. but once the swelling from birth went down my pain went way down. but I just gave birth the old fashion way in the stirrups. it was quick and painless with the epidural. this was my 3rd baby. I am now due in July 2018, and so far the spd has stayed away for the most part.... hoping to have a few more weeks before it becomes a major issue again, since this time around I have a 7 month old to care for.
