Did anyone when they where in labour get episiotomy?? My baby is a week and 2 days old and I'm finding it hard to get comfy and sitting down. I have jelly cream that midwife's have gave me I put on but the problem is it has opened up their is a gap and I was told to get lavander and tea leaf for a warm bath.

Midwife says it's clean, health and strong tissues but how long will it take to heal cause I need it too heal from the bottom upwards. What else could I do to get it too heal sooner
