We went to Maui and Kauai and it was IN-CREDIBLE. Expensive but worth it since we knew it would be our one big vacay before we had a baby and 2 months later pregnant. So glad we splurged

We went to the excellence playa mujeres in Mexico. We loved it! It’s adults only. We can’t wait to go back!

What kind if honeymoon do you want? Do you want to relax? Have an adventure? Explore history? 
For beach relaxation any all inclusive will do. México is pretty budget friendly. 
Costa Rica has amazing treehouses you can rent, but not all of them have all the basic amenities you will find in a hotel room. 
Italy is definitely on my places to go, food, wine, history. 
I’ve had some friends who have had a great honeymoon in Greece. Beaches, food, history. 
You could do something a little non traditional and go to Iceland or Alaska to see the Northern Lights and go whale watching. 
Another friend spent two weeks in New Zealand. They have some awesome nature parks and you can see Hobbiton! 
Or you could go to Australia, you can spend a few days on the beach and then visit Australia Zoo. There’s also a kangaroo sanctuary on the other side of Australia.

We went to Bali, which was amazing. We went for 2 and a half weeks and with flights (premium economy on EVA airways) and accommodations - private villas in 3 locations with private pools, breakfast, teatime and minibars was included - it was $5,800 all in for both of us. We stayed one week in a very luxurious villa by the beach, a few days in the city, and then the rest of the time in the jungle. Obviously we spent more $$ when we were there, but it wasn’t much. You can do a lot there for very little money.
Bali isn’t a beach destination, but there’s a lot of history and culture there to explore. The city had amazing food and shopping. It was definitely a trip of a lifetime and I can’t wait to go back! The people are incredibly nice there and very happy to greet American tourists. Just a few pics from my trip that are on my phone

Aruba. It’s beautiful. The weather is great all the time. It’s very safe. It’s very romantic. We went there on our honeymoon. We stayed at the renaissance resort and casino. They had champagne delivered to our room. We did a really romantic sunset cruise.  Also dinner on the beach was great. Some things you’ll need to book before you go. The reservations book up quick.

we went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for one week and from there went to Barbados. Both were AMAZING! I suggest Mexico if you want more bang for your buck
