Could be the way baby is positioned. If baby is laying a certain way and not kicking towards your uterus you may not feel it as well

Kick counts don’t start “mattering” until 28 weeks, change in movement before that can be because baby is still small. I had movement slow down from week 21 to week 22, everything was fine. Try drinking something cold and laying on your left side. If you’re still concerned, don’t be ashamed about contacting your provider, but it is normal to have a fluctuation of activity at this point.
