Why do I️ feel like I’m literally about to start my period?! I️ know I’m not it’s just the worst feeling and idk if I’m having contractions I’m getting frustrated

I had them after having sex but they went away and I haven’t had any contractions since then 😕 sometimes it means things are getting started but not always, I guess.
