Induction?

Question

So my pregnancy has been pretty good so far other than depression, anxiety, a little anemia, and higher than normal blood pressures for me. (No protein in the urine yet) 
But I’m really wanting to be induced. Do OB’s consider this wish even if there have been no complications?  I love the idea of knowing the exact date of going into labor and being able to plan accordingly. Am I crazy for wanting to do it this way?

Just keep in mind the risks of evicting baby early without medical need. and also the c section rate with inductions especially if you plan to have more kids

That’s not crazy. I get the wanting to plan thing. I hate being induced because you mostly have to labor in bed. They made me be in the bed to keep a close eye on the baby’s heart rate.... I would love to go into labor by myself with out someone popping my waters for me. But that’s just me who has only experienced forced labor due to hypertension and preeclampsia.  You can always ask. Some Drs will only due it if you’re high risk or go over your due date.
