TTC since 2 years 2 months

We have been TTC since 2 years 2 months. My doctor asked us to go through all the important blood tests and the results were normal. Inspite of all this we were unable to conceive. My TSH was under 2.55. One planned IUI failed and when we were thinking of IVF, doc suggested diagnostic hysterolaproscopy (DHL).

Results: Right ovary stuck in the right ovarian fossa and left ovary was released from back of uterus. Anyone else who have gone through or diagnosed with the same issues? Kindly share your opinion. Thank you. Eagerly waiting for the positive result in coming months.
